Quick Start: Setting up your Workspace

1. Define your Workspace Identity

Go to Workspace Settings to upload your logo and set a description. This information is visible on your Public Portal, helping your customers identify your support home.

2. Inviting Member

Support is a team sport. Invite your colleagues using their email addresses.

  • Admins: Can manage settings, robots, and members.
  • Members: Can triage, comment, and resolve tickets.

3. Customizing Tags

Tags are the lifeblood of your Kanban board. We recommend starting with:

  • bug: For technical issues.
  • feature: For new requests.
  • urgent: For high-priority blockers.

Pro Tip: Keep your tag names short and use consistent colors to maintain a clean Kanban view.
